MainBytecodeOutput

Struct MainBytecodeOutput

Source
pub struct MainBytecodeOutput {
    pub bytecode: String,
    pub source_map: Vec<SourceMapEntry>,
    pub table_offsets: HashMap<String, usize>,
}
Expand description

Output of Codegen::generate_main_bytecode_with_sourcemap.

bytecode is the runtime bytes (body + appended tables). table_offsets maps each runtime-resident table to its offset within the runtime. The constructor finalization step uses table_offsets to dedupe any __tablestart reference shared with main.

Fields§

§bytecode: String

Full main/runtime bytecode (body + appended tables) as a hex string.

§source_map: Vec<SourceMapEntry>

Source map for the runtime bytecode body.

§table_offsets: HashMap<String, usize>

Per-table runtime-relative offsets for tables appended to the runtime body.

Implementations§

Source§

impl MainBytecodeOutput

Source

pub fn body_len(&self) -> usize

Byte offset within the runtime at which the appended tables begin (equivalently, the length of the runtime body). When no tables are appended, this equals the full runtime length.

Layout§

Note: Most layout information is completely unstable and may even differ between compilations. The only exception is types with certain repr(...) attributes. Please see the Rust Reference's “Type Layout” chapter for details on type layout guarantees.
